What are your delivery options and lead times?
We offer local delivery across the region using our own fleet of vehicles. Standard lead times for in-stock items are typically 3-5 working days, while custom-made panels may take longer depending on seasonal demand.
Is your timber sustainably sourced?
Yes, at Bingley Fencing and Timber, we are committed to sustainability. All our timber is sourced from FSC or PEFC certified forests, ensuring responsible management and environmental protection.
Do you offer a professional installation service?
While we primarily supply high-quality materials, we can recommend local, trusted contractors who specialize in the installation of our fencing, gates, and decking products.
How should I maintain my new fence or deck?
Most of our timber is pressure-treated for longevity. However, to maintain the appearance and extend the life of the wood, we recommend applying a high-quality UV-resistant oil or timber preservative every 12-24 months.
Can I return unused items?
Unused standard stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. Please note that custom-built gates or bespoke cut timber are non-refundable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as secure online payments via PayPal. For large commercial orders, we also offer bank transfer options.
