At Bingley Fencing and Timber, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your timber or fencing supplies are not quite right, you can return them within 14 days of delivery provided they remain in their original, merchantable condition.

Return Process

  Notify us of your intent to return by emailing our customer service team with your order number and the specific items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Items for Collection

  Ensure all timber products are stacked securely and kept dry; for safety reasons, we can only collect items that are easily accessible and properly bundled.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, we will coordinate a convenient collection date with our delivery fleet, noting that a restocking fee may apply to non-defective goods.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our yard team inspects the returned materials for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
